355/365 My Silly Boy

We had an awesome Christmas and I took almost 300 pictures I have to sort through and process. Until then here is my silly boy from a few days ago:

346-353/356 Catching up!

Hi all! I have pictures for you!

Grandpa George stopped by the other night in order to bring an early Christmas gift! I have been wanting to get a new car seat for Lincoln b/c I really don't like the one we had. It doesn't recline enough and it only rear faces up to 35 pounds. I planned to get one after the holidays, but I guess I don't have to now! George asked Grant what we needed/wanted for Christmas and Grant mentioned that I had my eye on a Graco My Ride65. He brought it by and stayed for a visit.

Linc took Grandpa's hat and Grammie's glasses:

Grammie needed to wear Grandpa George's hat too:

Bath time! He loves his boat:

Lincoln signing "food":

This was taken on Thursday right before going to the babysitter's. I didn't get to see him in the evening b/c of a Reading workshop:

I had to use my zoom lens (which I hate) for this. I REALLY need a 35mm prime. Regardless, I really love this one of me and my little love:

His face in this cracks me up:

We went to Christmas at the Zoo with Grandpa George this weekend! Smiling after visiting with Santa:

Checking out the fishies with grandpa:

Linc was so bundled and stuffed in his stroller with blankets that he reminded us of the younger brother from A Christmas Story. The whole time he was wearing his little mittens he would hold his hands up. So silly:

Visiting with Santa! He didn't cry, but he was really shy:

We headed to the mall today in order to get a picture with Santa. I love the Santa at The Fashion Mall. He is always so awesome and friendly. Last night at the zoo I disappeared and let Grant set him in Santa's lap. I made a mistake today and tried to set him in his lap and Lincoln just wasn't having it. He started to cry as soon as I set him down! Poor buddy! That is OK we needed a good family photo:

344 & 345 Official Christmas Picture!

I really don't even want to get into how difficult this picture was to take. He had NO interest in the kissing booth that I spent ALL. FREAKING. NIGHT. making. *sigh* Oh well. This is as good as it got:

340 & 341/365

Yesterday, Grant hooked Linc's Scout dog up to the computer to change some of the things he says. He left it open on his screen and Linc spotted the little Scout in the corner. He was really excited to see him!

We went to Grandpa George's and got a picture of Linc in front of the tree!

338/365 Santa and his Elf

This was a spur of the moment picture taken right before bedtime. Matilda is the most patient and well behaved dog ever. I asked her to lie on the bed and stay and she stayed like that the whole time. Of course, every time I took a picture Linc had to jump off the bed to come and look.

I'm still not counting this as his Christmas picture b/c I have another idea that I want to try this weekend. If that doesn't pan out, then I might just stick with this.

337/365 Strike a Pose

This guy cracks me up! He was squatting down to look at something on the ground and then he looked up at me and gave me this big cheese fest grin. He then promptly ran over to look at the picture at on the back of the camera (which is something he's never done before). He thought it was hilarious! So the rest of the time I would say "hey Lincoln" and he would squat down to pose. Such a goof!:

He always gets so happy to see the airplanes:

332/365

I took a picture yesterday, but Linc isn't wearing clothes in it so I don't think I want to put that on the interwebs. LOL

We went over to George's for a bit after I got home from work. This is Linc being angry about something or  other, he was kind of in a funky mood all night:

While this is a Christmas-y picture, it is NOT his Christmas picture:
